With 34 years of high-level telecom and electronics experience, Paul is an integrated services expert. In 1998, Paul purchased Atlantic Connections and within a year doubled revenues. After selling to Choice One Communications, he served as New England VP, guiding the company through a successful IPO (NASDAQ: CWON). Previously, Paul served as Senior VP of Sales for Phoenix Network, where he deployed a national fiber-optic network and ISP. He began his career at Compugraphic and Hewlett Packard.
Paul is also known in surfing circles along the Atlantic coast for his hand-shaped surfboards with the Sakonnet Design label and his willingness to surf the chilly New England waves throughout the winter. Paul holds a BS in biology and chemistry from Randolph-Macon College and an MBA in finance from Northeastern University.
Pete has over 20 years of experience in high-level sales and strategic business development. He has developed successful sales programs and sold services to Verizon, Ameritech, PacBell, Qwest, and Alltel. Pete has led sales forces for FaxNet, HarvardNet, and Choice One Communications. Under his guidance, FaxNet became the leading supplier of messaging solutions to the telecommunications industry and was acquired by Critical Path in December 1999.
Pete lives in the Merrimack Valley where he is active on the boards of directors for several area non-profits. He is fluent in “sports-speak,” overwhelming customers with detailed stories from NCAA, World Series and Super Bowl history. Pete holds a BA in history from Providence College and is known as a very fun guy to have a beer with.
Doug was the founder and CEO of MDC/Netway Internet, the first Internet Service Provider in the Merrimack Valley. An industry leader in IP networking and design, Doug served as a Chief Network Engineer and has consulted for Fortune 500 clients including Citicorp, Polaroid, Ameritech, and Air Touch Cellular. Doug studied computer science at the University of Massachusetts.
Doug is a former disc jockey and has more rhythm than any IT guy we’ve ever met. He spent 10 years serving in the US Army reserves.
MJ has over 20 years’ experience in the technology industry. In 1995, MJ launched the first Internet Service Provider in the Seacoast region of New Hampshire. After selling that business to a larger regional company, MJ started Jenaly Technology Group, in early 1997. After nearly 19 years, Jenaly was acquired by Internet & Telephone in December of 2015.
MJ is a widely respected technology professional. He is very active in the global IT industry, currently serving as Chairman of the Board of the Computing Technology Industry Association, CompTIA. MJ also writes a regular column and blog about business technology and is frequently interviewed by regional and national media outlets. MJ is a 1986 graduate of the University of New Hampshire, holding a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.
Ken is responsible for corporate compliance, safety, contract management, billing and collections. A native of the North Shore, Ken graduated from the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, Washington before relocating to New England. This was the start of a long career with NYNEX, Bell Atlantic and Verizon , ultimately as a director in several business disciplines .
Ken is an avid runner, golfer, singer and basketball referee. He has been active in the Westford (MA) Youth Basketball Association for more than two decades, previously served as an elected member of the Westford School Committee as well as contributing as a long-term Westford Recycling Committee member.
With 18 years of experience managing customer service teams, collections groups, technical support and IT help desk teams in the U.S., China, Philippines and India, Jack has a record of success in boosting customer satisfaction, productivity and revenue streams while focusing on client and employee retention. He is an enthusiastic trainer and mentor who brings a ‘lead-by-example’ philosophy, who has built a reputation for developing top tier technical service professionals and customer-focused teams.
Jack is an musician with recording and stage experience in 6 different instruments and was awarded the honor of ‘Guitarist of the Year’ at the 2009 Limelight Music Awards. He actively trains in Kyokoshin Karate with his son.
