PETE PETERSON: When we started Internet & Telephone, the goal was to provide the technology resources for our clients so they could focus on running their business, and we could run their back office.

 

PAUL CISSEL: For the smaller customers, we are their complete information technology team, and for larger customers, we are the extra hands and legs to their current computer staff.

 

PETE: We take a proactive approach to our customers’ technology, so we’re constantly looking at the customer’s connections, and we want to know when there’s an issue.

 

PAUL: If our client has phone service that’s down, we know about it before they do, and we’ve been working on it before they do. We’re continually striving to offer first-class service.

 

PETE: When the customers call in, they’re talking to an engineer who knows them on a first-name basis and who knows their account. They’re certified in technology, but most importantly, they’re really good people who care about our customers on a personal level.

 

PAUL: So we really try to understand our partners, understand their direction, and add value to their direction to give them a competitive advantage.
