Network Engineer II

We are currently seeking a Network Engineer to join our engineering team serving our growing client base. Duties will include providing front line telephone support and diagnosing and de-bugging internet troubles. The Network Engineer is responsible for remote client support, including heavy interaction with end-users in diverse computing environments. Network Engineers are challenged on a daily basis working in an energetic, fast-moving, results-oriented work environment.

Minimum Requirements

  • 5 Years Network Engineering experience
  • Bachelor of Science Degree
  • Strong fundamental understanding of Microsoft technologies (Exchange, W2k3/2k7, AD)
  • Demonstrated attempts at independent advancement (Certifications, Courses, etc)
  • Great attitude and sense of humor

Inside Sales / B2B Appointment Setter (Part Time)

We are currently seeking a Part-Time B2B Inside Sales Rep to join our Sales team serving our growing client base. This is a part-time role, 15 hours per week in our North Andover office. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for flexible “mother’s hours” or other types of part time arrangements. Duties will include:

  • Make outbound (cold) sales calls to area Businesses at a pace of about 10 calls per hour (150 per week)
  • Engage business owners and decision-makers to discuss their technology needs
  • Generate interest by presenting appropriate I&T products where applicable
  • Qualify leads, and set appointments for the outside sales rep
  • Protect our brand image by always using a professional, consultative and soft approach in these inquiries – no hard selling, no aggressive calling and never being pushy or rude

Qualifications


5+ Years experience as an Outbound Caller, Business Development, Telemarketing or Inside Sales Role.

The successful candidate must be flexible, hardworking, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. We’re looking for a person who is friendly, customer-facing and technology-savvy, but always eager to learn more.

Solid understanding of Internet Use, Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word. Ability to learn new programs and work with customer databases and billing interfaces.
