The I&T Team

Paul C. Cissel, Co-Founder, CEO
Paul has over 25 years of high-tech experience and has been a CEO/founder of three public companies. He is also known in surfing circles along the Atlantic coast for his hand-shaped surfboards with the Sakonnet Design label and his willingness to surf the chilly New England waves throughout the winter. Paul holds a BS in biology and chemistry from Randolph-Macon College and an MBA in finance from Northeastern University.

Doug Smith, CTO
Doug was the Founder of MDC/Netway Internet, the first Internet service provider (ISP) in the Merrimack Valley. He is a former disc jockey and has more rhythm than any IT guy we've ever met. He studied computer science at the University of Massachusetts and spent 10 years serving in the US Army reserves.

Pete Peterson, Co-Founder & VP Sales
Pete has over 20 years of experience in high-level business development and is fluent in "sports-speak" – overwhelming customers with detailed stories from NCAA, World Series and Super Bowl history. Pete holds a BA in history from Providence College and is known as a very fun guy to have a beer with.

Chuck Evans, Dedicated Account Service
Chuck has over 20 years of experience engineering and maintaining voice and data networks for public companies throughout New England. During his 10-year tenure with Global Crossing, he was responsible for installing and running the company's New England network. He has also run operations for three regional data start-ups and is the current Internet & Telephone Fantasy Football champ.

Ken Teal
Ken is responsible for billing and collections. A native of the North Shore, Ken graduated from the University of Puget Sound near Seattle before relocating to New England to start his career with Verizon. Ken is an avid runner and golfer, active in the Westford (MA) Youth Basketball Association, and is also an elected member of the Westford (MA) School Committee.

Name Michael Jordan
Long before the "other" Michael Jordan began making hoop history, the original MJ was earning his chops as a top chef. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, MJ worked as a chef for many years before beginning his technology career. His client luncheons have become the stuff of legend – second only to his top-notch work on PCs and servers for our IT Managed Services (ITMS) group. John Gagnon
John graduated from the University of New Hampshire with degrees in math and computer science. We are proud to say that I&T has been his employer ever since. John has increasingly taken on an impressive list of responsibilities, and is the proud owner of more than 20 industry certifications. John is a senior member of the ITMS team where he assists our clients with any questions they may have about hardware, software and the Boston Celtics.

Billy Hudgins
Billy has been working with our VOIP clients for over two years and is often the first responder on customer issues. He identifies problems and charts a course to remediation. Billy has a BS/BA degree in information systems from Suffolk University. He has lived in Somerville, MA his whole life but he did leave town in 1998 to travel all the way to Australia and New Zealand. Billy enjoys sports, music and computers.

Gary Gibbs, Billing Services
Living in Michigan's Upper Peninsula, Gary brings many things to the I&T family. His contributions include 30 years of billing experience, an ice fishing shack he "staffs" from October to April, and a 1995 American Classic Edition Honda 1100cc motorcycle, affectionately known in the U.P. as Miss Piggy.

Victor Marte
Victor has a strong background in retail having honed his customer service skills working at Radio Shack. Born in the Dominican Republic, Victor came to Lawrence, MA when he was only four years old. He has an associates degree from Northern Essex Community College and enjoys camping and watching the Red Sox at Fenway.

Jeff Matson
Our very own Michelangelo, Jeff uses "cables and wires" as the medium for his masterpieces. Jeff is personally responsible for the 25,000 feet of cable we install every month and is an expert at data, fiber and music mixing boards. He is currently helping his kids develop their own unique musical "sound."

Dennis Comeau
Dennis holds a bachelors degree in psychology from the University of New Hampshire in Durham, NH. Dennis is a lifelong resident of Southern NH. He is an admitted political and news junkie, who spends much of his free time reading, watching "boring" television documentaries and alternately committing to and then abandoning various diet and exercise regimens.

Matt Guay
With 20 years of IT industry experience, we're pretty sure there is no technical issue that can stump our own Pinball Wizard (and Help Desk Supervisor). Matt is a resident of Lawrence and "graduated" to I&T from Netway Communications, where he worked for eight years. In his spare time, Matt collects and repairs classic pinball machines. He is currently ranked as the 539th best pinball player in the world. Look it up.

Ryan Guerrera
After earning a degree in culinary arts and working in the hospitality and retail industries, Ryan decided to switch gears and pursue a technical career. He is a member of our Help Desk staff and helps clients with Microsoft and Cisco issues. An avid Bruins fan, Ryan enjoys playing hockey and cooking for his friends and family in Haverhill.

Mike Maglio
An active member of the U. S. military, "Sarge" joined our Help Desk staff after returning from a tour in Iraq. He holds Microsoft and Cisco CCNA certifications and is currently taking additional courses in Information Technology. Mike lives in Haverhill and is terrifyingly good at paintball. In fact, he challenged all of his co-workers to a Paintball duel – and beat us all.

Pete Reske
The versatile Pete brings both left and right-brain thinking and can offer technological or artistic perspectives to any problem. An avid technology buff, Pete is also an accomplished oil and canvas painter with a degree in fine art from the Rochester Institute of Technology. His artistic background solved the problem of what to do with two Petes in the office: We just call him Rembrandt.
